This site is a dedicated playground of mine. I want to explore all things magic, politics, and everything in between. I am a committed student, always looking to learn more about this world and I want to take you on that journey with me.
My inspiration for launching my site was to re-house my Witchcraft is Political Reading List. It was originally on Google Sheets so it was shareable, but I have been working to de-google my life this year. I’m off Google Maps (MapQuest), off Gmail (Proton Mail), off Google Search (DuckDuckGo), off Chrome (DuckDuckGo Browser), and it felt weird.. in a bad way, that the list I was trying to share to raise the voices of people who were saying things I thought were important were on the Google platform. Now, it is!
My second reason for creating this site was because I am looking to find my voice. I used to be a prolific writer (read: played Harry Potter roleplaying games on LiveJournal for a decade [also FUCK JK Rowling for being a TERF and terrible person and taking that world away from us]). While I wasn’t writing my own thoughts and feelings per se… I kind of was, through the voices of Hermione, Draco, and my original characters I created. And other than academic papers, I ceased writing for myself. So, I wanted a piece of that back.
What is a Nocturnary?
I don’t resonate with the terms Book of Shadows or Grimoire for my witchy writings. I forget who exactly Pam Grossman was interviewing on The Witch Wave podcast, but they used this term and I fell in love.
So, a diary is a day journal. A nocturnary is a night journal. My witchy writings with a term I connect to.

I've got tarot services if you want to Work with me one on one. I’m doing my best to be an anti-capitalist, so I don’t have rates exactly. It’s based on donation and my availability.
